Willian explains decision to join Arsenal after leaving top four side Chelsea

Willian claims he wants to make Arsenal great again - and Mikel Arteta has backed him to do it. Gunners boss Arteta reckons he has signed a winner and a difference-maker after finally confirming the 32-year-old free transfer as his first summer signing.
