Chelsea boss Frank Lampard wants to make one last push for Declan Rice, which could pave the way for Jorginho to join Arsenal. Lampard has identified Rice as a top transfer target in the summer window, yet West Ham reportedly value the 21-year-old at a staggering £73million.
