Arsenal are still yet to receive a ‘suitable offer’ for outcasted midfielder Mesut Ozil with just four days remaining in the summer transfer window. Ozil, 31, has been deemed surplus to requirements by Mikel Arteta at the Emirates having failed to make an appearance since March.
