Arsenal hero Freddie Ljungberg opens up on Arsenal exit after Arteta's arrival
Freddie Ljungberg called time on his period at Arsenal this summer to further his career. The 43-year-old former Sweden international joined the coaching staff under Unai Emery after spending time as an assistant coach at Wolfsburg. Ljungberg, who won nine major trophies during his nine years as a player at the club, has now revealed why he left north London following the arrival of Mikel Arteta. After taking a backseat following the Spaniard’s entrance, he now wants a top job of his own.
