Houssem Aouar was reportedly left frustrated during the summer after Arsenal failed to stump up the cash to sign him. French midfielder Aouar was strongly linked with a move to the Gunners during the summer transfer window. But a move never came to fruition, with Arsenal choosing to focus on snapping up Thomas Partey instead.
