Mesut Ozil's wages have taken a huge blow following his decision to sign for Fenerbahce. The German called time on his career at Arsenal this month with his contract set to expire at the end of the season. But after being left out of Mikel Arteta's Premier League and Europa League squads, all parties agreed to cancel his remaining months on his deal. It saw Arsenal fork out a large sum of the £8m wages he would have earned if he had stayed.
