Arsenal are close to landing a deal for a player that Juventus consider the “next Cristiano Ronaldo”. The Gunners are already looking to build for next season, sitting nine points off a European spot with eight games to go. While players such as Wilfried Zaha have been linked with moves to north London, one player who was heading out the door was academy starlet Folarin Balogun. Scoring 11 goals in 23 games this season, including two in the Europa League, the 19-year-old’s desire to leave last year saw several clubs inquire such as Juventus, who saw him as a replacement for the expensive Ronaldo.
