Arsenal have ‘offered £8million’ to PSG for defender Thilo Kehrer with Mikel Arteta looking at possible replacements for David Luiz. Luiz, who joined Arsenal from Chelsea in 2019, is expected to leave the Emirates in the summer as Arteta embarks on another clear-out following the Gunners’ Europa League exit to Villarreal. The Brazilian extended his stay in north London 12 months ago after signing a one-year extension, but a similar offer does not appear to be on the table this time around.
