DONE DEAL: Arsenal have signed Dragomir on a three-year deal [TWITTER] The 16-year-old moves to north London from Romanian side ACS Poli Timisoara. He can play on the left or through the middle of midfield and he also captains his country's under-16 side. “Vlad is one of the most talented players in Europe at the moment” Catalin Sarmasan Reports in Romania say he's signed a three-year-deal which was overseen by Dick Law.
