Arsenal have agreed a £10.9m fee for the Czech Republic international goalkeeper, but the transfer cannot be finalised until Cech has undergone his medical, which is set to take place from the start to the middle of next week. It is understood that Cech has already agreed personal terms in principle with Arsenal.
