Arsenal have been handed a boost ahead of their Carabao Cup tie with AFC Wimbledon on Wednesday night after Thomas Partey returned to training. The Ghanaian midfielder returned to action at London Colney on Tuesday to ease injury fears after he had limped off in the 75th minute of the Gunners' win over Burnley on Saturday. Partey missed Arsenal's first three Premier League matches and the second round of the Carabao Cup with an ankle injury with the win at Burnley his first start of the season.
