Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will return to Arsenal earlier than expected following 'cardiac lesions' to undergo screenings following his positive Covid test. The 32-year-old tested positive for covid ahead of the AFCON, leading to him missing Gabon's opening clash with Comoros. Aubameyang also missed Gabon's match with Ghana on Friday, with Gabon releasing a statement explaining he had “cardiac lesions” and they did not want to take any risks.
