European giants set to replace Arsenal transfer target after agreeing terms with Tottenham star

Paris Saint-Germain are understood to have agreed terms with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Benjamin Stambouli who will arrive at the Parc des Princes as a potential replacement for Yohan Cabaye. French international Cabaye eventually left the Parc des Princes earlier this month after a short, muted 18-month spell in the French capital.
