Chelsea & Man United 100k-per-week transfer target free to league European giants; Premier League giants interested (Video)

AS Monaco midfielder Joao Moutinho has been told that he is free to leave the Ligue 1 moneybags. The Portugal international has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, and the Telegraph report that Arsenal are particularly keen on signing the deep-lying playmaker. The 28-year-old has previously been linked to Chelsea [Express] and Manchester United [Metro], and either of the heavyweight pair may also look to move for a player who could contribute sublime vision, magnificent creativity and unerring passing ability in the heart of the park.
