Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is closing in on a switch to Serie A giants AS Roma, according to reports in Italy. The Pole was relegated to being the club's second choice goalkeeper following an error-strewn performance in the Gunners' 2-0 defeat away at Southampton on New Years Day. David Ospina, who joined the club from Ligue 1 outfit Nice last summer, came in for Szczesny and performed well enough to keep his place in the team for Premier and Champions League games until the end of the 2014-15 campaign.
