Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United have been hit by the news that PSG have got involved in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon star William Carvalho, reports the Daily Express. The Ligue 1 champions are even willing to meet the 23-year-old's £32 million release clause, putting the Premier League trio on the back foot. The Parisians have offered £25 million with an extra £7 million in add ons, which they hope will tempt the Portuguese club in to selling. The midfielder impressed at the Under 21s European Championships this summer.
