Our first Emirates Cup clash is against Lyon this Saturday afternoon, and the official teams have been announced on Arsenal's official Twitter account. Arsene Wenger has named a strong side, but there are certainly a few surprises thrown in. The first surprise is in goal, with Emiliano Martinez starting ahead of Petr Cech. With Wojciech Szczesny looking likely to make a season long loan move to Roma (via The Guardian), it's understandable that he hasn't been named.
