Arsenal boost as international forward closes in on four-year contract

Arsenal have been handed a significant boost with Theo Walcott reportedly agreeing a new four-year contract, in a deal which could make him one of our longest serving players in history, the Mirror reports. Walcott's current deal was set to expire at the end of the season and it seems as though the England international has come to an agreement with the club. Following a torturous time with injuries, Walcott showed glimpses of his best form towards the back-end of last season and, fitness permitting, he could be set for his most productive season yet. According to the report, Walcott has a secured a pay rise on his £100,000 per week wages to place him among the top earners at the club....
