Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has dismissed the idea that the Gunners have 200 million pounds to spend on new players this season The signing of Petr Cech has made Arsenal's squad the strongest it has been since "The Invincibles," according to former Gunners midfielder Ray Parlour.
