Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has turned up the heat on Arsene Wenger ahead of the new season by insisting Arsenal have splashed out enough money to be winning titles. Wenger has continually bemoaned the spending power of the Gunners’ Premier League rivals having failed to lead the club to title success since 2005.
