Owners, particularly foreign owners, expect instant results to justify the massive investments that they make. There is also the ‘ego factor' as many of these owners are not used too, and will not tolerate, failure from the men who manage their multi-million pound ‘toys'… Even winning the European Champions League won't buy managers a bit of time, just ask Roberto Di Matteo… Patience is just as rare a commodity as time, and patience is what you need and must have, if you are to enjoy the fruits of the hard work done by your Youth...
