Arsene Wenger has tipped Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil to be one of the Premier League's best players in the upcoming 2015-16 campaign. Ozil has divided opinion among Gunners' fans since his club-record £42.5m move to the Emirates Stadium from Real Madrid two years ago.
