Thierry Henry turns 38: The best birthday wishes from the world of football
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry celebrates his 38th birthday today and the world of football has gathered to wish him well given the Frenchman's legacy in the game. Henry retired from football in December 2014 after a four-year stint at New York Red Bulls and has since taken up a position at Sky Sports as one of their main pundits. Despite appearing for many top European clubs, Henry's peak years undoubtedly came during his time with us, and just how he was never awarded a Ballon d'Or is one of football's greatest travesties.
