Our season has gotten off to a bit of a stuttering start, with our abysmal performance against West Ham followed up by a far more promising victory over a tricky Crystal Palace side. We face a far sterner test this Monday against Liverpool though, and will need to improve further if we are to get all three points. Brendan Rodgers' side have managed two wins from two so far, but they haven't exactly been convincing. They required a moment of sheer magic from Philippe Coutinho to beat Stoke, and a huge amount of help from the officials against Bournemouth – the newly promoted side seeing a goal wrongly disallowed, and Liverpool's goal standing despite clearly being offside.
