Are Arsenal just two signings short?

The shock opening weekend defeat at the hands of London rivals West Ham has certainly cast a fair few doubts over whether Arsene Wenger's decision to make Petr Cech his only signing of the summer is a wise one. Wenger's side did bounce back from that loss with an impressive 2-1 win against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park but, despite that win, it still remains painfully clear for all to see that if Arsenal are going to be winning the Premier League title this season they will need to add some midfield steel and some striking magic to the squad.
