A clash between local rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur is the pick of the ties in the third round of the 2015-16 Capital One Cup following Tuesday’s draw. The north London heavyweights will meet at White Hart Lane in the third round, in an unwanted early local derby for both Mauricio Pochettino and Arsene Wenger.
