Arsenal ready to trigger £21.2m release clause as Gunners continue La Liga midfielder chase

Arsenal are set to fork out the £21.2m required to active Grzegorz Krychowiak‘s Sevilla release clause according to the Independent. The 25-year-old tough-tackling La Liga star impressed during his debut season in Spain as he helped his Andalusian side to a Europa League crown and subsequent qualification for the Champions League. Prior to his move to Spain, Krychowiak spent his entire professional footballing career in France with spells as Bordeaux and Reims and has 24 Polish national team caps to his name. Arsene Wenger doesn't have a wealth of defensive midfield options at present and those he does have are flawed. Veteran Spaniard Mikel Arteta has been sidelined with injuries...
