Defensive star snubs Arsenal and Man United to join Ligue 1 winners

Arsenal and Manchester United have missed out on the signing of Monaco star Layvin Kurzawa after he accepted a move to join Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports from the Express. The 22-year-old has been brought in as a replacement to left-back Lucas Digne, who recently joined Serie A giants Roma on a season-long loan. Kurzawa is said to have finalized his transfer by signing a five-year deal with PSG and has now completed his switch to the Parc des Princes from a rival club.
