Arsenal and Liverpool target Demarai Gray will see his release-clause reduced to only £3million due to a clause in his Birmingham City contract, according to reports from the Express. The 19-year-old was a top summer target for a number of Premier League sides, with offers worth over £5million already being rejected by his club over the course of the recent window.
