Arsenal and Manchester United target Edinson Cavani claims PSG exit was never likely

Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani claims he never tried to force through a move to Arsenal or Manchester United. The Uruguayan was linked with a move to either of the Premier League duo in the summer as both hunted for new forwards.
