Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has insisted that he is completely different to former manager Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. The Dutchman has claimed that his desire for new "challenges" makes him different from Ferguson, who spent 27 years at Old Trafford, and Wenger, who has been in charge of Arsenal for the last 19 years. Van Gaal's longest spell at a club is six years and that was with Dutch outfit Ajax, but he has also had spells at Barcelona, AZ Alkmaar, Bayern Munich and the Netherlands national side.
