Talks for £30m Arsenal and Man United target confirmed

Palermo have confirmed that club president Maurizio Zamparini has spoken to teams in England, with Arsenal leading the race for prized asset Paulo Dybala, according to reports from the Metro. Dybala has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stadio Renzo Barbera for much of the season, with the Argentine wonderkid performing brilliantly in the current campaign, scoring 12 goals while providing another seven assists.
