Petr Cech has backed his Arsenal teammates to deal with the threat of in-form striker Anthony Martial when Manchester United visit the Emirates on Sunday. The 19-year-old has taken the Premier League by storm following a £36m move from AS Monaco on deadline day, netting three times and another in the Capital One Cup.
