Arsenal legend returns to club in ambassadorial role

Legendary Arsenal player Liam Brady is set to return to the Emirates after being offered an ambassadorial role with the club (via the Daily Mail). The retired Republic of Ireland man was an extremely talented midfielder in his prime, emerging from the youth ranks at Arsenal and going on to make over 300 appearances for the Gunners. His playing career spanned eight seasons at Highbury, and after leaving he played for clubs like Juventus, Inter Milan, and West Ham. Once he hung up his boots, he was offered the position of Head of Youth Development at Arsenal, along with the post of Academy Director.
