Mertesacker Expecting Wojciech Szczesny To Return To Arsenal
It has been revealed that Per Mertesacker expects Arsenal to bring Wojciech Szczesny back from Roma. The Poland goalkeeper is on a season-long with Roma – without the option to sign permanently. Mertesacker told the London Evening Standard: 'Wojciech wants to compete. I think he's a good goalkeeper and he can still improve. 'The team wants him back, I think it's good for him. 'He showed great character in this team, and I think he has a bright future.'
