Arsene Wenger Over The Injury Status Of Francis Coquelin

Reports are out claiming that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is not too sure of the current status of midfielder Francis Coquelin. The French midfielder had his nose broken in an aerial collision with teammate Olivier Giroud in the second half of the Gunners’ 2-0 home win over Everton on Sunday. With just over 20 minutes remaining, Coquelin had to come off for treatment before again copping a knock which led to his 89th minute substitution and subsequent doubt for Wednesday’s trip to QPR. “I don’t know,” Wenger said when asked how long Coquelin would be out. “I don’t know whether he will need surgery or not.
