Arsenal prodigy Krystian Bielik will not play this season, says Arsene Wenger

Arsène Wenger says it is unlikely that new Arsenal teenage midfield prodigy Krystian Bielik will play for the first team before the end of the season, despite making his debut for the club’s under-18 side at the weekend. Great things are expected of Bielik, a 17-year-old midfielder from Poland who was signed from Legia Warsaw in January for £2 million. But until featuring against Norwich under-18s on Saturday – a fixture that Wenger watched in person – he was yet to play a single minute from the club, after his registration was only finalised late last week.
