Kieran Gibbs needs to move on from Arsenal if he wants to play for England

Kieran Gibbs has struggled to hold down a place in the side. Just three months out from Euro 2016, England have unearthed a squad of genuine depth and potential, but there is one position where they do seem rather understaffed. At left-back, Roy Hodgson has called up two players -- Southampton's Ryan Bertrand and Tottenham's Danny Rose -- who have just one competitive start for their country between them.
