Former England striker Robbie Fowler is confused about Theo Walcott's presence in Roy Hodgson's England squad when he is not even playing – never mind scoring – for Arsenal. Walcott has been named as a striker in Hodgson's squad to face Germany and Holland despite not even making it off the bench in the Gunners' last two Premier League games.
