Gilberto Silva Targeting Sporting Director Role At Arsenal

It has been reported that Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva is eyeing the sporting director role with the North London club. The Brazilian, who was a part of the famous Invincibles squad of 2003/04, is taking a general management course with an aim to move into the business side of the game. Gilberto, 39, admits he would love to one day return to Arsenal and hopes to take up a key role at the Emirates Stadium. 'I live with my family now and look out for my business and for business opportunities,' he told Inside Futbol. 'I follow football and I am trying to find a way to be involved.
