Wenger gives verdict on Arsenal fans protest

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has stated that the club’s fans are entitled to their opinion and that he can take criticism if it is respectful. The French coach is the longest-serving trainer in the Premier League but has failed to deliver a Premier League title to the North London side since 2004. As such, a section of the Emirates Stadium faithful are petitioning for a change of manager this summer and a new man to come into the Arsenal hotseat. One of the major gripes of the supporters is a lack of transfer business, with the Gunners not signing any outfield players last summer.
