Despite the recent fan protests, Arsene Wenger will remain complete control of Arsenal next season, though it could prove to be his last – according to the Daily Telegraph. Yet another title challenge has fallen flat and the Frenchman has invoked the ire of the Gunners' faithful after failing to spend in the transfer market last summer. Incredibly, the North London side were the only team in Europe's top five leagues not to bring in an outfield player over the course of the summer.
