Tessa Payne has returned to the club as Technical Director of Arsenal Ladies’ Regional Talent Club programme.She will oversee the development of the Gunners’ young players, from under-10 to under-16 level. Tessa previously worked as Arsenal Ladies’ Centre of Excellence director, and coached current first teamers Leah Williamson and Carla Humphrey at youth level.She said: “It’s great for me to be back at Arsenal to take over the reins from John Bayer who has led the programme forwards over the past eight years.
