Bordeaux's Mathieu Debuchy to miss Euro 2016 due to thigh injury

Mathieu Debuchy is loan at Bordeaux from Arsenal. Mathieu Debuchy will not be part of France's Euro 2016 squad after Bordeaux confirmed he has suffered another injury setback. It had already been doubtful that Debuchy, 30, would be included in the Les Bleus squad, which will be announced by Didier Deschamps on Thursday evening. But Bordeaux coach Ulrich Rame has revealed that the right-back -- on loan at the Ligue 1 club from Arsenal -- has suffered a recurrence of a right thigh injury that had kept him out between Feb. 19 and April 10.
