Arsenal to offer £155,000-a-week to beat Chelsea to £40m striker’s signature
Arsenal are ready to make Alvaro Morata their highest earner and will offer him £155,000-a-week to sign him ahead of Chelsea this summer, according to The Sun. The Gunners fell short of silverware again in 2015-16, with the lack of a potent centre forward inhibiting their ability to stay in the Premier League title race and frustrating the North London club’s fans.
