Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has revealed that a £30m bid has been tabled in for striker Paulo Dybala, but refused to disclose the club that made it. Manchester United, Arsenal and Juventus are all said to be keen on the 21-year-old, who has scored 12 goals in 25 appearances this season.
