Arsenal free to sign Germany international for club-record £51.1m – expert
Arsenal will be free to make Julian Draxler their marquee summer signing if they offer Wolfsburg a club-record 60m (£51.1m), according to Bundesliga expert Jan Aage Fjortoft.
