Inter captain set to be sold, with Spurs keeping an eager watch
Spurs have been put on high alert at the possibility of signing Inter Milan forward Maurio Icardi, according to the Metro. The Argentine netted 16-times last season for the Serie A outfit, and is apparently unwanted by the club, according to his wife: 'From what I can see, Inter have put Icardi up for sale,' Nara told Calciomercato.com, reported by the Metro. 'There are many clubs interested. We will evaluate the situation with all due respect for everyone.' Icardi has scored 47 goals in his last 3 Serie A seasons with Inter, and was made club captain at the start of the 2015/16 season.
