£78m Arsenal target agrees deal with Italian giants

Italian giants Juventus have agreed a four-year deal with fellow Serie A outfit Napoli over the transfer of Gonzalo Higuain according to the Sun. The Italian champions are reported to have activated the players £78 million release clause and on the verge of completing the deal. Arsenal were however, closely linked with the Argentinian striker all summer as Arsene Wegner continues efforts to bolster his forward line. Current first-choice striker Olivier Giroud has not hit the 20-goal mark in a season in any of his four years at the North London based outfit with his highest tally being 16.
