Arsene Wenger has set his sights on highly rated German winger Philipp Ochs according to German newspaper Bild. The Gunners have been linked with a hoard of strikers as Arsene Wenger continues his hunt for an accomplished forward, however the Frenchman is reportedly keen on building for the future. His latest target is 19-year-old Ochs who bagged a hat-trick as Germany suffered a 4-3 defeat at the hands of Portugal in the Under-19 European Championship.
